If our Chinese brethren can get together and promote BC in Hong Kong that'd be cool.
London, Dublin & Israel are easy for Soepkip (and many others) to reach from within the EU.
Pavel (Rat4) may be able to gather a crew together - while staying anonymous himself - to visit St Petersberg.
