You, Sir, have no idea what a DoX is. You don't just find a DoX, normally, you either make one or find someone to do it for you. In the U.S you could sue them. But that probably won't need to happen often, since a DoX has most of their personal information in it. You don't need their 'Facebook' when you have their name, alias, address, E-mails, spouse, phone numbers, and relatives.I doubt most people would use that dox for suing purposes. They would just try and use that info to get their BTC back through communicating with the scammer.
