Hmmm, We could possibly do a mix of both, maybe the outer ring could be green and everything inside black. Otherwise the traditional "All Blacks" color would be perfectly fine. As long as theres a silver fern and kiwi in the logo the color doesn't make that much of a difference.

Unless they decide to make it yellow. or some crazy color. No thanks. lol
