I'm sad to report that my latest delivery never achieves a hash-rate greater than 850GH/s at the pool, despite my best efforts at tuning and troubleshooting

 I was informed this is "normal"

 Needless to say, I'm unhappy with my latest delivery. Not sure how these cables got frayed like that between the time it left their facilities and was delivered to my doorstep.
