Turkey is just a NATO nuclear weapons sharing state. That means that there are a number of nuclear weapons (around 70) located in its territory, but they are not under the control of the Turkish Armed Forces. Those weapons are located in the Incirlik Air Base, and under the control of the 39th Air Base Wing of the United States Air Force.
