Alright, I heard back from bittrex and this is what they said:

If you would like to see your coin traded, follow us on twitter @bittrexexchange and tweet about how much you like this coin and Bittrex. We respond to creative and insightful posts to help market your favorite coins and Bittrex.
So, if you guys can all get on twitter and talk about @bittrexexchange and #Truckcoin that would probably help us get on the exchange faster!
