No problem. Not only you have great trust feedback, I am pretty sure you have become an expert in handling disputes in signature payments, after putting so much time in updating your "signature programs overview" thread. 
I always try to do stuff the right way, which earns me a good trust feedback (even though I couldn't escape three negative ones, from two fuckheads). And yeah, I have been on top of Signature Campaigns for a while now. Takes a bit of time but it's worth it.
