If we never got that loan and started the last IPO's we would be a sinking ship by now. The Cryptix Team knows what their doing and if in the future we need another IPO for new equipment (another peta hash or more) all the better. 50/50 split on divs plus new equipment equals Yummy Returns!  

Also, BTC is expected to increase to 5000 by the fall, and with all the nice increase leading up to that we should be in for a hell of a ride!
