The GRC/BTC market has finally been unfrozen on Poloniex. We had a LOT of issues, including the source being unclean, file permissions being wrong in the source, the wallet checking for configs in the default datadir when we specified another one, and more. Hopefully this is the last time we run into these issues. Sorry for the very long delay.
