That is nothing more than the making of the site. You obviously have to learn a lot from Bittrex, users have access to all of their personal Facebook, Twitter, linked in, etc.

Then post it on your site for all current users and new users to see. You keep posting here, instead of on the site. Reveal your team and post their links to the site as well. The people just want more transparency on the site. If people choose to still support without any info on the site then that's their problem.
