A while ago I discussed if we should distribute some of the coins early to allow holders to stake more and help with the network. This was just after distributing and POS minting started, the network was very slow. Now though it's actually moving along fine!
But I'll stick to revised plan and send out from tomorrow. List 1 will receive 2k and the remainder at 30 days. Same for list 2 but starts from 13th.

I believe the sooner you distribute all the coins the sooner people will start buying more. At the moment with all the scams going on most people are probably afraid of invest in this coin with 2 mil coins still up in the air. I might be wrong though. I guess time will tell.
Actually I think those statements are correct. I think we can push it even more though.
People should get to know about the coin, get a taste of how stable and sincere it is, and just ask for more(buy through exchange).
What I therefore suggest is for holders who expect their share for not dumping, to donate AT LEAST 50% of that(if not all of it), back to DEV, which can distribute it again with a PR touch. We could give like a million to prestigious sites/bitcoin members/twitters/exchanges, who can write/tweet/publish about it. More people will get to see the coin, some are gonna hold some K and see how functional and stable it is, know its community, and get interested into buying more.
The scene is full of pump and dump scam X11 coins, and many more people start to take notice and just VALUE coins that deserve it. I'd like to think that such a move might work as leverage both for the price and the community. Don't forget how many people wanted to participate in the first place.
TLDR; donate ur new share back to the community, get more people involved, build the rocket urself, dont expect it to just appear in launch site
