were individual wallets affected? I just downloaded a new one and ran it, now im staking every second or so. and my transaction hasnt gone through just says unclaimed on the blackchain

I requested a payout from Bittrex just before all this happened (literally minutes before).  My coins took 30 minutes to get to my wallet (compared to usually seconds to a minute).  After that, they sat in the "Unconfirmed" balance section...for more than an hour.  So, I deleted everything in %appdata%\Cloakcoin (except my wallet) and just redownloaded the block chain.  My coins then confirmed.

My guess is if you have any individual wallet issues, either wait a few minutes until this gets sorted out, or just try downloaded the block chain again.  It's only ~9,000+ blocks anyway.  Doesn't take that long.
