Do you will refund me if I don’t get back my BTC?
Yes, Only for technicals inconvenience we will refund the depositaries. The ONLY case that we can’t refund is when you send BTC from a shared wallet. Since you’ve deposited funds you cannot ask a chargeback, just wait the system until it’ll get you back your gain.

Can I use a web wallet?
Using the Blockchain.info web wallet is OK! Other web wallets are good BUT shared wallet are denied because you’d be deposit from a shared address and we have no way of knowing what’s the address we can send your payout to.
