if my coins is in the stake not in the balance is it ok or i have to do something if i want to put them to the balance?!
Thats normal, your coins are now working for you
Your staking meaning your now earning coins via POS. See the little icon at the bottom right corner beside the number of connections, a green circle I assume (when staking), hover over it and it will show you some info. Leave your wallet opened when staking is over your coins will return to your balance and a few extra coins along with it.
