If you post 40 an hour, you will be marked as spammer ans got banned in less than a day. I think 40 posts a day is quite enough from one member, any more would raise some eyebrows. To be honest, there aren't that many serious topics a day to reply to.
That you make 40 post in hour isn't reason to ban anyone, if all those post are constructive.

But even if you think fast and type fast, you will soon "use up" all the threads and have very few threads left for you to comment on.
