That is a pretty bold statement, the "not just over cutting a bit" part. Very exciting to see the new prices.
My guess would be 0.0006, 0.001, 0.0015 and 0.002 starting from member to hero member.

This is negotiable, but anyway you should bet more in absolute terms, since chances are not even (and you can't bet that they stay the same against going down)...
