Is this 0% premine?

Block 1 is a pre-mine block for 27068 Muga. This premine has been lost to the world due to an early insta-miner who grabbed the first 40 or so blocks while the first people were mining. There was not supposed to a block at all. The original person who did the code said it was 0 and uploaded it. (He also did not come through with Windows or Mac Wallets as promised). He has since been replaced.

Either way in the interest of accuracy. Me and another team member purchased 27060 MUGA at market rates on Bittrex to help support the miners and market and have transferred them to this wallet. This wallet will now be designated as the Development Fund.
