This is only ~ 3 TH/s of mining capacity. It is probably one of KnC new miners that they recently started shipping.
I believe that KnC actually shipped two of these to everyone who ordered one due to production delays.

KnC is not shipping 3th Neptunes yet - they only get wafers out of fab.
Yes, everyone who ordered a Neptune will get another one for free, but after batch 1 and batch 2 are manufactured and delivered.
No it's not! Obviously math isn't your strong suit. 3000GHs is 3 THs. 3,000,000GHs is 3 PHs.
Btw, KNC solo mines, they don't mine on any public pools.
