kingcoiny is a scam too using fake info but at least he did post links although he still has not added them to the website.
the only new start up exchange that is doing things right and is actually transparent is alcurex, they give you public info of their company entity, address, email. the only thing they don't give you is the team members but you can find that in the chat or forum.
