- Being in the TOP 10 coins is the best marketing tool for the casino. Chancecoin is a business, not only a coin, so it is not about speculation but success as the first decentralized casino.
I agree but I don't support market manipulation.The hard way might take longer but it will be much more rewarding when we get there.
This makes sense but we want to be completely ethical and let the natural market forces determine where the price equilibrium should be. People who placed offers to sell at low prices do so because they want to make a quick profit. To us this price level actually makes a good opportunity for us to buy another few thousand CHA's. We are planning to add more betting types in the upcoming months, and we believe that we are well-positioned to be the #1 coin in the bitcoin gambling space.
I have to add that Chancecoin doesn't need any market manipulation to increase in value compared to most of altcoins because the quantity of CHA is decreasing with time.
The minimum Chancecoin must do is to keep the same base users (players) and investors.
Of course we'll do more than the minimum

(1) slow speed of bets - Bets are usually resolved in 2 blocks. - are the Devs working for a solution to this?

"Chancecoin uses New York Lottery Quick Draw numbers to resolve bets. Quick Draw numbers are drawn every four minutes, every day of the week (with the exception of 3:25am to 4:00am EST daily). The numbers are published online shortly after they are drawn. The drawing selects 20 numbers randomly from a pool of numbers 1 through 80, without replacement. A bet seen in the blockchain will be resolved with the next available set of Quick Draw numbers. Since Chancecoin uses the next available set of Quick Draw numbers after a block has been mined to resolve any bets in the block, it is impossible for Bitcoin miners or anyone else to control the outcomes of bets." Right. Unless I'm wrong, we cannot do much about the BTC blockchain.
For the NY Lottery Quick Draw numbers, we can use an other lottery that drawn numbers faster that every four minutes.
