I have a question about multipool.

I've been mining there from the start x13 with over 100mh/s hashing power. From stats I can see we have found 24 block's and they are in "Pending" status. What does that mean and when this blocks are going to get threw and be confirmed.
I believe in same time we are getting blocks confirmed we are going to get paid to our wallet's?
