chance little loljosh can't make coin transaction anonymous yet. basically you can make any litecoin and dogecoin with android wallet for just .5 btc and this is why thousands of nonsense scrypt/x11 coins popping out every week/day. for .5 btc you can create a coin for your pet name with the promise of anonomous and get hundred of thousands or even millions dollar flow into it.
