How do you go about obtaining DolphShares? Is it just by holding Dolphcoins or is there a place we convert coins to shares?

It's just a way to call your "share" of the total, but you receive coins.

DOLP will generate interest, and the interest earned on a DOLP is a DOLP Share. So you will obtain DOLP Share by holding DOLP.
