I can't find any information about the Bkav flag on Google, other than 1 result which itself is a flag from the same site.
The wallet has IRC, so maybe it's something to so with that?

The newest Feathercoin QT is showing the same alleged false ID/botnet app, seen with Hirocoin and Anoncoin. Obviously not what Tim is reporting.
