The basic school education should include a class like math and science about how to detect bad product Advertising (on tv, radio, news, social networking, etc) and basic manipulations.

Some countries do not permit TV advertising targeting children (detractors say "right to free speech"). In USA and many other countries, you are free to do that, Just image what you can do, and how much money you can get.
