No neither are my address, which they asked for and said they would mine directly for me, which hasn't happened.
Ye they told me this too, since I have the broken one. After little over a day I replied that I haven't seen anything yet.
Ofcourse I didn't hear anything anymore. Despite the 'ticket-system'.....
