anush3070, do you dispute any of the chat text that was posted? If not, it looks like you kept moving the goal posts on the time. It also looks like you were in over your head and had a friend bail you out. If the chat text is valid, you need to reduce the price as per your agreement as you were way over the agreed time frame.
If the coin is unusable, you need to provide a full refund as you didn't fulfill the original agreement.

Also thats fine with me reducing the cost. But even that wasnt said later, it was a direct scam accusation. Also if anyone could check the QT then they can see its a finished QT. ! That is why the Refund is not possible. Also if anyone want to review the source code, feel free to PM me. !
