Added new special red PND coin. - credit cadexn_ in IRC for making coin
Remade controls so now much more responsive.
Added ability for me to change PND earned for each coin eaten in game.
Added spawn red coin random after certain number of coins eaten.
I added some more things but I forgot what they were lol
