I disagree.
We need to get on as many exchanges as possible so as to reach the maximum number of people, so that people on all exchanges, everywhere know about COOL 
Mintpal is of course very good but not everyone trades there and we don't just want the elite traders on Mintpal, we want EVERYONE to trade COOL 

So while Mintpal remains our primary objective, I encourage everyone to vote on their favorite exchanges as well, no matter how small the exchange is
