I downloaded new wallet, deleted all except wallet.dat, added nodes from OP, and it stops at 10639.
I'm having the same issue. Stuck at 10652.
with the nodes form the OP and the new wallet and deleting addr and blk* it synced.
Now it's on 10653.
I deleted all except wallet.dat, not only blk.? and addr.
