That called a POST PUMP BACKSTOP and is put in place to stop the price going below that mark.
Why? Because the a$$holes behind this Pump and Dump scam cant afford price to free flow because it would cause a mass exodus below 100 and would keep falling.

Your market is now controlled by bots selling at what looks like anything over 130-140
And If it gets too low, say 120 it buys back in keeping you all fooled, along with release news.
