I don't think they really care.  The contract doesn't begin until October, at which point we can all be pretty sure this won't be profitable (thats assuming they don't just run off with the money of course).  Assuming they actually honor the terms of the contract, it will be all profit for them regardless. 
Couple of interesting points about the contract that you may not have noticed:

Section 12, they can cancel the contract at any time without refund.
Section 9, you have two weeks from date of purchase to request a refund.  Since the contract doesn't start in October, by the time you realize it is a shitty deal you can't refund.
Section 6a, they can change the terms of the contract at any time, without you having any recourse.
