Too much premine, 13 years for recovering the gap is an insanely high amount of time. Let's say that your coin isn't dump resistant 
i'm gonna have to agree with that. it's such a shame, here we have a great idea for a coin, and the dev decides to take a lions share for himself, while trying to advise us that - you can only mine it if you want a small amount (small mining rigs only)
