Too much premine, 13 years for recovering the gap is an insanely high amount of time. Let's say that your coin isn't dump resistant 
All coin's devs take 1% of premine, what change here ? If you have a good matemathic mind you will see that 1% of one bilion and 1% of one thousand, for example, it's the same thing.
