40 copies of anonymous free list didn't send, why isn't assigned to other people, the money gone?
My guess is that they could be claimed any time before launch. After launch, they can be converted to the unclaimed funds to use for bounties. There is a big one in Cat4. That is good. It is always good to have more bounty funds after launch.
