Unfortunately, H2O has been delisted from Bittrex. 
We weren't able to talk to Richie to plead our cause and could even have a LTC pairing. It's the team's fault because we weren't able to be fast enough to provide the coins new features. We're working on them and the next phase is the donation fee implementation on which we had technical difficulties to implement but on our way to a solve the issues.
Holding your coins is the only advice I can give to you at the moment. I just hope we'll be able to provide you with new wallets soon which will finally set us back on tracks
EDIT : That doesn't mean the the coin is dead, just that trading is more difficult now though there are still other available exchanges. We'll try to come back with new features quick in order to generate interest.
