Currently we can claim only payment through this form and then as we have update from Stunna then we can enrol through this form in next few days
But sure if i feel in the enrol form, then request payment, its going to show up that i;ve not posted anything, because its my figures from now when i enrol on there.
It's the other way around: you have to first request payment (tomorrow), and only then enroll in the campaign through the form. The following is a post from Stunna that touches upon that:

Yes, everyone will have to fill out the form to collect each month but you only have to enroll once permanently. So even if you've participated before you need to select enroll tomorrow after collecting payment, you will not have to re-enroll next month just request cashout.
