E.G. Someone steal 50 BTC -> Penalty was 200 BTC. Actually good businnes (150 BTC as profit) and some guys beginning entering into that businnes. After that stealer crying ... but why? He was warned already before. Personally I know about
two such episodes but it's only beginning.....
