i'd add a little headroom above the new logo (2-3 new blank lines above it) to frame it corrently, also consider getting rid of the second red circle graphic with the file clipart in it, i feel that it detracts from the nice clean cloak logo, perhaps move it down the page to where you need to break up a bunch of text, and would be relevant, also, are the reds in the logo and that file graphic the same red? do an eyedropper test, could just be my monitor, but they don't look the same.

looking sharp though, can't wait for the new wallet! (and def put the new logo in the wallet! the timing couldn't have worked out better!)
