i have some confuses abt the swap:
1. count in the mined coins to 5025 in the old blockchain,, right ? so after 5025, some scrypt mined coins which is not confirmed due to
the hard fork will not be counted in?
2. when will be new QT released ?
3. how to swap the old coins into new... what is private key ? sorry, lack of knowledge..
1. Not exactly, everything up to block 5000 including it will be reimbrushed in the new blockchain at a ratio of ten to one but the transaction on the new chain will be created within a week, so within a week you will have 1/10 of what you previously had.

3. The blockchain changes, the private keys remain the same in your wallet.dat, you would need to delete your blocks and chainstate folders for the new blockchain to set in.
