For the number of devices that is probably the worst cable hell I have seen. You need some twist ties bad
Al fun and games until one of those cables gets snagged in a fan, yanks the whole setup to the floor, and they all get destroyed.

the two big fans are low rpm - you can stick your hand in the blades and it wont hurt (done it a few times ) plus all the cables near the fans are pulled away and cable tied up... it used to look like this:
