In Slovakia: 8 eurocents/kWh, year-round. In the night it can be 5.5 cents (if I had it enabled). I am mining right now only because it helps with heating, when it gets warmer, i will stop.
Hahaha, I'm doing the same thing, it's pretty cold here too. I hope you don't have financial issues getting your house warm though.
