There were a small number of July sp30s and a big number of August sp30s. They will have a better performance on 28nm vs 20nm.

Companies can only ship and produce a limited number of units per month. Many people skipped the boat and demanded a refund on their Neptunes, as you will get 6TH for atleast 10k, which is not such a good price.
