Reports of a few insiders receiving raspberry pi based X1 miners have surfaced.

2. Batch 2 hasn't shipped.

3. Stated shipping date: June 23rd.

4. Refunds refused.

Customers requesting refunds are being placed in a "refund queue".

5. The distance in time between the customer and his money continues to grow.

I just made a topic on this....

I think it's time to call in the police of some sort.... They are clearly thieves and they need to be stopped

They are hosted in Germany this means Interpol can be involved. Their corp is in HK so it means they are hiding behind nominees... but there is 1 thing i know about nominees... At the first sign of trouble... They resign and run away.

I found this on the Hong Kong police website

Internet Commercial Fraud

Swindlers hide behind the anonymity of the internet to deceive victims by appearing to be a legitimate company to promote their bogus products or services.  Victims end up paying for goods or services that are non-existent, sub-standard or vastly overpriced.

Such swindles are usually perpetrated by email and often include extravagant claims such as exclusive and profitable investment opportunities, luxurious gifts in return for small purchases, and ‘special’ or ‘time-limited’ offers urging the victims to act fast.

Seems pretty clear to me what Category BlackArrow falls into.

I will file here -> http://www.police.gov.hk/ppp_en/02_er_room/cif.html
I should not be the only one to do this.... Everyone should work together to take these $%I#@ to the cleaners... They give a very bad name to the industry.
