We all want COOL on Mintpal but if you already have accounts with other exchanges, it won't cost you anything to vote for COOL on there too

I don't think there is any need to worry about the price of COOL at this point. Let's focus on getting COOL on as many exchanges as possible.
I'm sure value will increase in the long term
