This coins is not dead, don't worry!
As some of you might know, Citizencoin code is based on Badgercoin and that's why there are problems with staking. I tried changing code base to Libertycoin, it works little bit better, but I'm still not satisfied, I wan't flawlessly working coin.
Can you suggest working X11-POS coin, that I could use as base?

citizen wallet stakes fine -
not much reason for no movement on CTZ
maybe has a few sticky finger marks on it but it works
if DEV can get it on every trading platform all users get in with user votes and start a trickle of trading.
only thing thats missing is a load of ways to use it .
