Why all the hate?  Simple.  A lot of people see it as a threat.  Especially Bitcoin'ers

You'll see the hate start coming out every time the price has another significant rise.

And I think arguing about initial distribution with just about any coin that's trying to achieve mass adoption, is just stupid, and shows your lack of critical thinking ability very well.  So haters, go ahead and say what you're going to say, it won't change anything and I'll gain a little more knowlege.
