Buying in for $1k at any point is always the same for the person who is out regardless of price, and the money made by any x% rise is the same as the amount invested.
Volume and outlook are the best to attract new people and their money, and letting them know they are ALWAYS welcome to get in now is a really healthy thing.

Hi GhostPlayer, My first computer was also a sinclair ZX-81, purchase later a Memory expansion. Then I sold and get a commodore 64, a big improvement. I was almost a child by that time, but made my very first complex program on it.
