I had to give additional information yesterday. Withdraw time, txid, and such. Sent the info back to them and today they closed my ticket as resolved because I did not respond within 5 days. I sent a new ticket today and got this. Pretty much just says go back to the end of the line.

btw, I ask them to send back ANC to my account and they did, so coins are not lost, "just" withdraw doesn't work right now
