It is an article written by the devs that explains the upcoming new development called Eco-system.

Some information about it can be found at the Opening Post of the forum or by searching for Eco-System. A summary of it, is that there will be a new "layer" on top of the current Bitcoin structure to build a network that can used for social activity, marketplace etc. So you don't have to keep your wallet open only for staking, you will open it to interact with other people, to trade, to buy, to do everything you want to do with your coins integrated into 1 place  

Might not be the best explanation and don't expect it all to be implemented directly, but the whitepaper (that will come within 12 hours) will give full details. They did not want to release more information earlier, as other coins could copy it and maybe steal the idea. They are releasing the whitepaper as they are "close"  to a beta/test version!

So to summarize my post, wait for tomorrow if you want facts. Otherwise stick around, read back all the posts from "Silkcoin" and decide if you share their vision From my view, this really is a game changer, as it solves the "issue" with people not leaving their wallet open / hashrates due to other means of usage (network, marketplace, etc)!
